The new IGC Brussles is a center for exchange of culture, knowledge, and tradition through Gastronomy.
Gastronomy is a combination of techniques, emotions, and experiences. This building will allow the chefs to mix and match the emotional and functional aspects of gastronomy. Everyday, the chefs are able to “Deploy” their pods – Cooking pods, Pastry pods, and Molecular gastronomy pods – and move them around the building through a track system. This enables programmatic flexibility as well as creative freedom for the chefs to pick the settings in which they would like to have the classes in. The pods also plug into the various platforms around the central atrium for public demonstrations, lectures and presentations.
