Ling-02 is located on a beach town, where the ocean is sacred to the local community. 

Ling-02 has two components; Gooman and the Collector.
Every time plastic enters in the water, Gooman detects it and lets out a scream. Meanwhile the Collector is notified of the location of plastic and is deployed to collect it. Once the Collector Bin is full, the plastic is delivered to Gooman.

Gooman stores the plastic in its Brain and when the Brain reaches its storage capacity, it melts all the plastic and slowly releases it back into the town. This reminds the residents that plastic does not magically disappear and even when out of sight, it continues to exist for a long time. It also gives them a chance to reappropriate the waste by using the released plastic goo.
